Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and efficiency, we offer a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered missed, and the full service fee will apply. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to the full service cost will be charged. All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be given for missed appointments or those canceled after the grace period. Thank you for your understanding.
